Temp Private PA - HNW Private Female Client - July

We are seeking a friendly, polished and highly adaptable Private PA to support an UHNW private female client during her stay in London.

This is a unique temporary Private PA opportunity for someone who enjoys providing seamless, lifestyle-focused support in a flexible, ever-changing environment. The role is expected to run throughout July, with the potential to extend into August or September.

Based in Central London, you will provide both administrative and personal support, accompanying the client on day-to-day activities while ensuring her schedule runs effortlessly.

Key Private PA responsibilities include:

• Managing a fluid daily schedule and diary
• Booking restaurants, appointments and activities
• Coordinating logistics including managing client's driver
• Accompanying the client to breakfasts, lunches, dinners, shopping trips, appointments, and events

The ideal Private PA will be:

• Available to start immediately and available full-time for the duration of the assignment
• Highly flexible, as working hours will vary depending on the client's daily plans (typically no starts before 10:00am, occasional late nights)
• Well-presented, polished, and professional
• Bright, articulate, engaging and confident in social settings
• Naturally organised, proactive and able to anticipate needs
• Discreet and trustworthy
• Easily able to commute to Central London
• Previous experience supporting UHNW individuals or working in private households is highly desirable
