Dalkia UK is seeking an experienced Project Manager to take full responsibility for delivering projects from design stage through to client handover. This role requires a strong focus on safety, quality, programme delivery, and commercial performance within the fire and security sector.
The RoleYou will manage projects end-to-end, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with client expectations. You will work closely with internal departments, subcontractors, and clients to ensure successful project execution and high standards throughout.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full lifecycle of projects from design through to completion and handoverBuild and maintain strong client relationships through consistent delivery of quality workOversee subcontractors and commissioning teams, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, Quality Assurance, and industry standardsLiaise with design teams and manufacturers to ensure technical suitability and client satisfactionMonitor financial performance, manage budgets, and report regularly to the Operations Manager and commercial teamIdentify and secure additional works and support tendering activitiesDrive continuous improvement across project delivery, safety, and team performanceCarry out regular health and safety inspections and ensure compliance at all times

RequirementsEssential:Industry experience within construction and/or fire and securityStrong knowledge of Health & Safety regulationsProficient in Microsoft Word and ExcelExcellent organisational and communication skills
Desirable:510 years industry experiencePrevious supervisory or management experienceExperience in installation and commissioning of fire and security systems
