We’re looking for an Operations Administrator (Operations Administrative Officer) to support our lifesaving work across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire. Location: Stokenchurch (hybrid, minimum 2 days in the office)⏰ Hours: Part-time, 20 hours per week
Salary: £13,218.40 per annum (Real Living Wage)

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Operations team, providing vital administrative support to the Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer and two Heads of Department. You’ll play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly, from diary and meeting coordination to supporting projects, maintaining records, and assisting with financial processes. We’re looking for someone who is:
✔️ Highly organised and proactive
✔️ Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Collaborative, with a positive and professional approach
✔️ Able to manage changing priorities and deadlines Previous experience in administrative or support roles (e.g. PA, EA, Admin Assistant, charity or healthcare settings) is helpful but not essential. Why join us?
