Johnson & Johnson DePuy Synthes seeks a Senior Analyst in Financial Planning and Analysis to support forecasting, budgeting, and reporting across EMEA markets. The role involves developing financial models, analyzing performance data, and partnering with regional stakeholders to drive process efficiency and standardization.
Responsibilities
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning for EMEA markets
- Prepare and analyze financial results including P&L, Balance Sheet performance, variance analysis, and KPIs
- Design financial models, planning templates, and automated reporting solutions to standardize processes across EMEA
- Partner with market finance leaders and stakeholders to respond to requests and deliver high-quality FP&A support
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills with ability to design sophisticated financial models
- Advanced Power BI skills including data modelling and dashboard development
- 5+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, BUF, or similar roles
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to learn new digital tools
- Fluent in English; CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent certification preferred
