If you're a creative, enthusiastic Visual Arts Tutor who loves inspiring young people, we'd love to hear from you.

We're working with welcoming schools and alternative education settings looking for someone who can make art exciting, accessible, and confidence-building for every learner.

What you'll be doing

• Deliver engaging Visual Arts lessons and creative workshops.

• Plan course delivery in line with study programme requirements

• Encourage students to experiment with different artistic techniques and materials.
• Adapt learning for students with a range of abilities and learning styles.
• Build positive relationships that help learners feel confident and motivated.
• Create a calm, inclusive environment where creativity can flourish.
• Celebrate progress, whether it's mastering a new technique or simply having the confidence to give something a go.

We're looking for someone who has

• Experience teaching or tutoring Art, Visual Arts, Fine Art or a related creative subject.
• A passion for helping young people express themselves through creativity.
• Strong classroom or group management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A positive, flexible approach and plenty of creative energy.

Qualified teachers, tutors, artists with teaching experience, and experienced instructors are all encouraged to apply.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
