Due to sustained growth our client now has an exciting new career opportunity for an Assistant Accountant to join their Finance Team at the companies Finance Headquarters located in East London

Role Objectives:
Objective of this role is to undertake the bookkeeping for the firms Property companies, Property investment/rental companies, and other related companies.
Key Responsibilities:
· Posting supplier invoices on Qube
· Preparing payment runs accurately and on timely basis
· Bank reconciliations on daily/weekly basis
· Various loans reconciliations on daily/weekly basis
· Obtaining all the relevant information from various sources for completeness of recordkeeping
· Posting property sale and purchasing completion statistics
· Preparing VAT returns for relevant companies
· Raising sales & cost recharge invoices
·Intercompany matrix reconciliations (weekly)
· Prepare and submit CT61 and any other statutory returns if required
To be considered for this position you will ideally be AAT qualified or actively studying ACCA, and will ideally have performed a similar role within a property related business.
