As a Flexible Bartender – F&B Outlets , you will play a key role in delivering exceptional beverage experiences across our bars, restaurants, and dining venues. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a luxury hospitality environment, creating memorable guest experiences through outstanding service, product knowledge, and genuine hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to the highest standard.
• Deliver friendly, engaging, and professional service while building rapport with guests.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge and confidently make recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Work closely with bar, restaurant, and kitchen teams to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Ensure bars, service areas, and equipment are maintained in a clean, organised, and presentable condition.
• Handle guest enquiries and feedback professionally, resolving issues or escalating when appropriate.
• Adhere to licensing regulations, cash handling procedures, and health and safety standards at all times.
About You
• Previous bartending experience within a hotel, restaurant, bar, or fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Passion for food, beverage, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Confident preparing classic cocktails and serving a variety of beverages.
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• A positive team player who enjoys creating memorable experiences for guests.
