Working Mechanical Supervisor Colchester | £50,000+ East Anglia & London We’re working with a successful family-run Mechanical Contractor based in Colchester, delivering commercial mechanical projects up to £2m across East Anglia and London. They’re looking for an experienced Working Mechanical Supervisor to join the team and take the lead on a range of exciting projects across Education, Healthcare, MOD, Arts & Leisure. The Role This is a hands-on supervisory position where you’ll be responsible for leading mechanical teams and managing the day-to-day delivery of projects from start to finish.

• Leading and supervising mechanical installation teams.
• Managing day-to-day site activities and subcontractors.
• Coordinating labour, materials and programme.
• Reading drawings and ensuring installations meet specification.
• Liaising with Project/Contracts Managers, clients and other trades.
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.
• Getting hands-on when required and leading from the front.

About You We’re looking for a Mechanical Supervisor / Mechanical Engineer with strong commercial building services experience. You’ll need to be confident leading teams, reading drawings and managing mechanical installations on live projects. Experience across healthcare, education, MOD or commercial projects would be highly advantageous. The Package
