Are you an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to gain valuable classroom experience across a range of primary settings? We are currently recruiting adaptable and committed ECTs to work on a supply basis across Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), and Key Stage 2 (KS2).

Whether you’re looking for long term placements, short term supply or your first permanent role, we’re here to match you with schools that value your development and wellbeing RequirementsSalary is dependent on experience, qualifications and training. All successful applicants will:
- Hold qualified teacher status (QTS).
- Have referenceable experience working in a school setting.
- Be passionate about education, with a desire to help young people thrive.
- Be comfortable delivering their own and pre-set lesson plans to range of children, dependant on the requirements of the school.
- Be an excellent communicator with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ideally hold a full, clean driving licence and have access to vehicle. As an ECT working in supply teaching, you will:
- Gain experience across Primary schools
- Build confidence in classroom teaching and behaviour management
- Experience a variety of school settings, teaching styles, and leadership teams
- Improve your adaptability and teaching skills quickly
- Maintain a healthy work-life balance with flexible assignments
- Strengthen your CV and increase future employment opportunities
- Access potential pathways into long-term and permanent teaching positions
Many of our ECTs secure permanent roles in schools where they initially completed supply work.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position.
