Sussex Learning Trust Grade D £26,428 - £27,275 FTE
Following a retirement and Trust growth, Sussex Learning Trust are recruiting Finance Assistants to work in our central team based in Cuckfield, West Sussex.
The hours and working patterns will be agreed with successful candidates and could range from full time all year round to part time hours term time only.
The Finance Assistant role provides high‐quality financial and administrative support to the central finance team and Warden Park Secondary Academy, ensuring accurate day‐to‐day processing, effective controls and well‐maintained records.
The role focuses on transactional finance, including purchase orders, invoices, income and basic reconciliations, while supporting school‐based activities such as trips, lettings and payments.
It requires strong organisation, IT and numerical skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage a varied workload while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
