* Lead safeguarding investigations and contribute to strategy discussions, case conferences, and core group meetings to ensure thorough preventative measures.
* Develop, implement, and review outcome-focused care and support plans catering to the unique needs of children and families.
* Provide professional guidance, mentoring, and practice leadership to less experienced social workers and ASYE practitioners, sharing your expertise and knowledge. Person Specification * Degree in Social Work, DipSW, CQSW or equivalent recognised social work qualification.
* Evidence of ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
* Practice Educator Award or relevant post-qualifying qualification desirable.
* Current registration with Social Work England.
* Enhanced DBS clearance.
* Solid understanding of legislation such as the Children Act 1989 and 2004, Working Together to Safeguard Children, Human Rights Act 1998, and the Equality Act 2010.
