- Using your creativity and emotional intelligence to turn everyday moments into joyful learning experiences.
- Celebrating every achievement big or small because you’ll be part of their journey.
Who You Are:

- You’re patient, resilient and full of positive energy ready to guide, support and champion your pupil every step of the way.
- You’re a great communicator who works well with teachers, parents and other staff.
- Experience in a primary school or supporting SEND is helpful, but what really matters is your attitude, empathy and commitment.
- (Bonus points if you’ve worked with children with autism, ADHD, or SEMH needs!)
What We Offer:
- A warm, friendly and inclusive school environment with a fantastic team spirit.
- Opportunities for training and development to help you grow in your role.
- A leadership team that listens, supports and values your input.
- The deep reward of knowing you’re changing a child’s life, one day at a time.
