Vitalis are recruiting for experienced Social Worker to work in an Adult Front Door Team in Leicester City Council. This role is hybrid - with a mix of office based (2 days per week) and home working. The work of the team is fast-paced and dynamic and requires the ability to be flexible and responsive. Suitable candidates are supported with necessary training, regular opportunities to work closely with colleagues, regular supervision, and a friendly and dedicated team. Experience of a "front door" ASC team would be good - ie experience of working with risk when little information is known, and crisis intervention type work/decision making.
