What You'll Be Doing- Supporting customers via telephone, email, live chat, and social media
- Resolving a wide variety of customer enquiries and complex issues
- Taking ownership of cases from initial contact through to resolution
- Building strong relationships with customers through empathy and effective communication
- Working closely with suppliers and internal departments to achieve positive outcomes
- Identifying recurring issues and suggesting improvements to processes and customer journeys
- Managing complaints professionally and finding fair, practical solutions
- Ensuring every interaction leaves customers feeling listened to and supported
- A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Confidence communicating across multiple channels
- The ability to take ownership and see tasks through to completion
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- A proactive approach and willingness to continuously improve
- A positive, collaborative attitude
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or a contact centre environment would be advantageous
- Edinburgh (Stockbridge area)
- Four-week on-site training programme
- Hybrid working available after training, with up to two days working from home
- One Saturday in every three
