Salary : £32k per annum
Hours : 09:00-17:30

Kingdom Group is looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role for a proven recruiter who enjoys building client relationships, developing new business, and supporting the development of recruitment colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will:

* Manage and develop existing client accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities
* Deliver a full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding candidates
* Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates
* Support, coach, and mentor Recruitment Consultants, sharing best practice and market knowledge
* Plan and manage daily recruitment activity to meet and exceed individual and team targets
* Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and recruitment databases
* Attend client meetings, site visits, and networking events to promote Kingdom People
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support business strategy
* Ensure all recruitment activity complies with statutory, regulatory, and company requirements

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

* Proven experience in recruitment with a strong billing or performance track record
* Confidence to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
* Leadership qualities with the ability to coach, mentor, and support others
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
* Strong IT skills and a high standard of written and spoken English
* A full UK driving licence
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
