TRAINEE MANAGER

Location: Knowsley Industrial estate, Liverpool.

Industry: Insulation / Textiles.

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience, starting at £30k + for the right applicant

We are looking for a trainee manager to join our fast-paced friendly team at our Kirkby premises. This is a hands on mid-level management role with real responsibility and room to grow.

The role

· Liaise with customers and employees to ensure smooth day-to- day operations.

· Support management with planning, coordination, and problem solving.

· Assist with project work and production-related tasks.

· Contribute to continuous improvement in a busy working environment.

What we are looking for

· Understanding of the insulation / textile industry.

· Experience using 2D CAD software.

· Knowledge of websites (updating content or basic management).

· Strong communication and organisation skills.

· Confident, proactive, and able to work well in a fast moving environment.
