Blue Legal is partnering with a leading law firm to recruit a Graphic Designer to join its Marketing Communications team. Working as part of the firm’s specialist Brand and Design function, the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality creative solutions across both digital and print channels. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented designer to contribute to the firm’s brand development while supporting a wide range of marketing, communications and business development initiatives.

The Responsibilities:

Design and produce high-quality marketing materials across digital and print platforms, including campaigns, brochures, reports, presentations, social media assets, advertisements and event materials.

Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Campaigns and Business Development teams to develop creative concepts and deliver engaging design solutions in response to project briefs.

Support the ongoing development of the firm’s visual identity, ensuring all materials are consistent with brand guidelines and contribute to a strong and cohesive brand presence.

Manage relationships with external creative suppliers, including photographers, videographers, illustrators, agencies and print providers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality outputs.

Oversee the production process for print materials, from artwork preparation through to final delivery, ensuring accuracy, quality and adherence to deadlines.

Maintain and organise design assets, templates and shared resources, ensuring materials are easily accessible and managed effectively.

Manage the firm’s image library, including sourcing imagery, maintaining asset records and ensuring compliance with licensing and usage requirements.

The Candidate:

Significant experience within a graphic design role, ideally within a professional services, business-to-business or corporate environment.

Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, with a strong understanding of branding and design best practice across digital and print channels.

Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, work collaboratively and deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines.
