This role plays a critical part in improving data quality across HR systems, identifying inconsistencies, and ensuring HR information is structured and aligned to support reporting, workforce planning, compliance, and business decision-making. The successful candidate will be highly analytical, comfortable working with imperfect data, and capable of bringing together information from multiple systems and stakeholders to establish a single source of truth.
