North Shields £92.63 - £115.00 per day (PAYE) Full-Time | September Start | Long-Term Opportunity The Role As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will: Support students who require additional behavioural and emotional support.Build positive and professional relationships with young people.Promote positive behaviour and engagement in learning.Help students develop resilience, confidence and self-regulation strategies.Support pupils with SEMH needs, Autism (ASC), ADHD and additional learning needs.Deliver targeted one-to-one and small-group interventions.Work closely with pastoral, SEND and safeguarding teams.Act as a positive role model throughout the school day.
