We are currently recruiting for a production operative to join a well-established manufacturer of food packaging. This is a temp to perm opportunity, offering long-term stability for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting up and operating machinery in line with production requirements
- Monitoring machine performance and maintaining consistent quality standards
- Ensuring all products meet strict food packaging and hygiene standards
- Carrying out basic machine maintenance and cleaning
- Working to production targets in a fast-paced environment
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic work area at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience experience working within a production setting
- Knowledge or experience within a food production or food packaging environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Good understanding of health & safety and hygiene standards
