Primary SEN Teaching Assistant

This rewarding role will involve supporting pupils in KS1 with a range of additional needs, including Global Developmental Delay, Down syndrome, and autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

This is a long-term opportunity starting in September 2026 and continuing until July 2027, with the potential to be extended for the right candidate.

* £92.56–£95 per day (weekly pay)
* Supporting pupils with Global Developmental Delay, Down Syndrome and ASD

The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside an experienced team, supporting two KS1 pupils on a rotational basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping children access learning, develop social skills, and achieve their individual targets in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

* Previous experience working with children is desirable
* Experience supporting SEN, particularly ASD, Down syndrome, or Global Developmental Delay, would be advantageous
* A positive, proactive, and flexible approach
