About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced and passionate Talent & Development Partner to join our People team at InPost UK.
This is a hands-on role for an engaging facilitator who enjoys bringing learning to life. Working closely with the Talent & Development Lead, you'll design and deliver impactful learning experiences, coach managers, and support the development of our people at every stage of their career.
As our Talent & Development Partner, you'll play a key role in embedding our organisational development strategy by delivering high-quality training, adapting content to suit diverse audiences, and helping to build a culture of continuous learning and development. This role enables the Talent & Development Lead to focus on strategic programme ownership while you take the lead on exceptional learning delivery.
What You'll Be Doing:
Design, facilitate and deliver engaging learning solutions, including face-to-face workshops, virtual learning, e-learning and leadership and management development programmes.
Support the design and delivery of Graduate, Intern, Coaching and Mentoring development programmes.
Help drive the growth and success of apprenticeship development across InPost UK.
Deliver culture, team development and organisational effectiveness workshops, adapting your approach to meet the needs of different audiences.
Provide one-to-one coaching and guidance to line managers on people-related topics, referring more complex matters to the Organisational Development Lead where appropriate.
Develop, review and continuously improve learning materials, facilitator guides, too lkits and exercises aligned to our values and organisational development priorities.
Gather participant feedback, evaluate learning effectiveness and use insights to enhance future programmes.
Partner closely with the Talent & Development Coordinator to ensure learning events are well planned, organised and delivered seamlessly.
Maintain accurate training records and evaluation data to support reporting and continuous improvement.
Keep up to date with emerging trends and best practice in organisational development, facilitation and adult learning.
About You:
You'll be an experienced facilitator who thrives on helping others learn and develop. You'll combine excellent delivery skills with creativity, adaptability and a collaborative mindset.
You'll be happy to travel to various locations within the business to deliver engaging, face-to-face training sessions, ensuring a consistent and high-quality learning experience across the organisation.
You'll also bring:
Demonstrable experience in a training, learning and development or organisational development role.
Outstanding facilitation and presentation skills, with confidence delivering to colleagues at all levels of the organisation.
Experience designing engaging learning content and development programmes, not just delivering existing material.
Experience coaching or supporting managers on people, development or performance-related topics.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple learning activities and competing priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong working relationships across the business.
A passion for creating engaging learning experiences that make a measurable impact.
Why Join InPost UK?
At InPost, we're committed to creating an environment where our people can learn, grow and thrive. As part of our Talent & Development team, you'll have the opportunity to influence how learning is experienced across the business, work on exciting development initiatives, and make a genuine impact on our people and culture.
If you're an enthusiastic facilitator with a passion for developing others, we'd love to hear from you.
