Key Responsibilities:
- Provide precise legal advice, prepare documentation for Partner review, and liaise closely with clients.
- Analyse and deliver feedback on third-party documentation.
- Ensure the timely completion of administrative tasks, including conflict searches and client onboarding.
- Proactively organise workload and escalate potential delays or challenges to seniors.
- Support efficient use of Partners’ time by proposing solutions to queries.
- Undertake discrete tasks to a high standard and billable quality.
- Engage in continuous professional development to meet CPD requirements.
- Uphold and promote our client’s core values.
Skills and Expertise:
- Expertise in general commercial litigation, financial services & regulatory matters, and insolvency/restructuring.
- Ability to analyse complex legal information and draft robust legal documents.
- Demonstrated practical and technical knowledge of common law practices.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organisational and communication skills paired with a strict regard for confidentiality.
- Commitment to continuous learning and skill enhancement.
