• Contribute to whole-school improvement through subject leadership (if desired)

The ideal Upper KS2 Teacher will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK

• Have recent experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Upper KS2

• Show strong curriculum knowledge, especially in core subjects

• Demonstrate excellent classroom management and pastoral care

• Be open to taking on a subject leadership role and driving curriculum excellence
