Recruitment Partner
We're looking for a Recruitment Partner to support our team on a temporary basis. You'll manage recruitment campaigns from attraction through to onboarding, working closely with both candidates and clients to deliver a positive recruitment experience.Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates through adverts, databases, and proactive searching.
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments.
- Present suitable candidates to clients and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide excellent candidate care and support during onboarding.
- Previous recruitment experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities.
- Confident using recruitment systems and Microsoft Office.
- Organised, proactive, and customer-focused.
- Competitive hourly rate.
