Experteer Overview In this role you will translate regulatory expectations into practical resilience improvements across HSBC's business and IT processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and embed resilience solutions and governance. You will lead delivery activities for ORCC, coordinating requirements and driving actions to completion. You will run change interventions to embed resilience and maintain delivery governance with tools like JIRA and Clarity. - Analyze business and IT processes to identify gaps for Operational Resilience requirements Design and support implementation of resilience solutions, including controls, testing, and simplifying processes Lead ORCC delivery by coordinating requirements, driving actions to completion, and supporting the ORCC pipeline Run change interventions (training, communications, adoption support) to embed Operational Resilience across stakeholders Maintain delivery governance and reporting, including workflow tracking and documentation in JIRA/Clarity, and support the ORCC operating model/governance Tasks Operational Resilience knowledge in financial services Programme/change delivery experience Process analysis and problem-solving Strong stakeholder management in a matrix organisation Clear communication and delivery discipline using JIRA/Clarity Key requirements private healthcare for UK-based employees enhanced maternity and adoption pay contributory pension tailored professional development opportunities competitive pay and benefits
