ICON seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead imaging and Central Event Committee projects within clinical research. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, developing project strategies, and delivering objectives across multiple European locations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute project plans for imaging and CEC activities aligned with objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams through successful implementation of imaging and CEC initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and define project scope
- Mentor team members and foster continuous improvement culture
- Produce project documentation and stakeholder reports with clear, actionable findings
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, or related field
- Extensive project management experience in imaging/CEC within pharmaceutical or biotech
- Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Demonstrated team leadership and mentoring experience
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Legal right to work in the country where role is based
