Experience & Qualifications

• Experience working with children, ideally with exposure to SEN support or in an educational setting
• A positive, patient, and empathetic approach to working with young learners, with the ability to build trusting relationships with students and support their individual needs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a willingness to collaborate closely with teachers and other staff members to create an effective learning environment
• A current and clear Enhanced DBS check is essential to ensure the safety and well-being of all students
