Use your passion for technology to design and deliver innovative solutions that transform businesses. On our Software Engineering Graduate Programme , you’ll work directly with clients across industries, tackling complex challenges and using some of the most advanced technologies available. You’ll develop industry-leading technical skills, gain end-to-end project experience, and contribute to meaningful business transformation.

What you’ll be doing
- Design, build, and support technical solutions for major clients.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and recommend the right technology.
- Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams on challenging projects.
- Gain experience across a wide range of industries and technologies.
- Develop your expertise in software engineering, design, and delivery .
Who we’re looking for
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or technology-related subject .
- Consideration also given to applicants with Maths, Science, or Engineering degrees who demonstrate a real passion for technology.
- Strong interest in software engineering and end-to-end delivery.
- Knowledge of programming languages and problem-solving skills.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and the drive to learn fast.
Where you’ll be based
- You’ll be assigned to an Accenture office in the UK and will be expected to spend at least 3 days a week in person , either at client sites or in the office.
- Flexibility to work from home when business requirements allow.
