Brook Street are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Warehouse Operative - Packing & Scrap Management position based in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established global organisation, working within a busy warehouse environment on a permanent night shift.
Location: Bristol
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shift Pattern:
- Sunday: 22:00 - 06:00
- Monday: 22:00 - 06:00
- Tuesday: 22:00 - 06:00
- Wednesday: 22:00 - 06:00
- Thursday: 22:00 - 06:00
- Finish at 06:00 Friday morning
Salary: £27,000 per annum
Additional: 25% Shift Allowance
The Role
As a Warehouse Operative within the Packing & Scrap Management team, you will play a key role in ensuring products are packed to the highest standard while supporting efficient waste and scrap management processes across the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
- Packing products accurately and safely for dispatch
- Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
- Managing and disposing of scrap materials in line with company procedures
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working area
- Supporting warehouse operations to ensure production targets are met
- Using warehouse equipment and systems as required
- Following all health and safety guidelines

- Previous warehouse, packing, manufacturing, or production experience
- Good attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Understanding of health and safety practices within a warehouse environment
