We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and committed Teacher of French to join a welcoming secondary school in Middlesbrough from September 2026. This is a full-time position suitable for both experienced teachers and ECTs looking to develop within a supportive and forward-thinking department. The successful candidate will: Deliver engaging French lessons across KS3 and KS4Inspire a passion for languages and cultural learningMaintain high expectations for behaviour and achievementContribute positively to the wider MFL department and school community The school offers: A supportive leadership team and collaborative departmentStrong behaviour systems and pastoral supportOpportunities for professional development and progressionA positive and inclusive working environment Requirements: UK QTS or equivalent teaching qualificationExperience teaching French within a secondary school settingStrong classroom management and subject knowledgeEnhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one) All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
