CityFibre - Residential Fibre Installation Engineers

At the  Kelly Group , we’re on a mission to connect communities across the UK with world-class fibre networks. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for both Trainee and Experienced Installation Engineers to join our dynamic team working on our CityFibre contract.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Fibre Installation Engineer, no two days are the same. You’ll be:

• To execute the work safely to the required standards and client specifications
• To maximise the number of installations to client’s specifications & meet strict deadline dates
• To always deal with the client’s customers in a friendly supportive way
• As you’ll be working across the UK, you must be able to adapt to working in an outdoor environment all year round.
• Able to follow complex work instructions using smart devices and technology.
• Experience in working in a customer service role.
• Able to prioritise in a busy work environment.
• Comfortable with heights up to 15m.
• Have held a full UK manual driving licence for at least 12 months and have no more than 6 points.
