The Role As an Early Years Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with experienced teachers and support staff to deliver high-quality Early Years provision. Key responsibilities will include: * Supporting children within Nursery and Reception settings.
* Assisting with the delivery of engaging and creative learning activities.
* Supporting children's communication, language, literacy, and numeracy development.
* Encouraging positive social interaction and emotional development.
* Delivering one-to-one and small-group interventions where required.
* Supporting children with varying learning needs and abilities.
* Helping to maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.
* Building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents. Person Specification The school is seeking a motivated and caring individual who is passionate about Early Years education. Essential Requirements * A First-Class Honours Degree or 2:1 Degree from a recognised university.
* Strong GCSE results (A*-C / Grade 4 and above).
* Good A-Level results.
* A genuine passion for working with young children.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A positive, patient, and nurturing approach. Highly Desirable * Experience working within a Nursery , Reception , or other Early Years setting .
* Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. * Experience supporting children's learning and development through play-based activities. Alternative Qualifications Considered The school is also keen to hear from candidates holding a CACHE Level 3 qualification who have relevant Early Years experience and are looking to continue developing their career within education.
