The Oddfellows is a recently refurbished pub, complete refit two years ago and is located right next to Watford Football Stadium in heart of the Watford community. Bring your experience in managing a team and executing a plan to build a successful pub business. What would you do with this pub to execute our retail offer. The area: The Oddfellows is located in Watford, next to Watford Football Stadium, in the heart of the Watford community. The pub benefits from passing trade from the football stadium, making Waford home match days incredibly busy for the Oddfellows! Situated in the heart of the Watford community, the pub is very community focused. Demographics: The pub is one of 10 pubs found in an area of around 8,027 adults. The location of the Oddfellows, being right next to the football stadium, is a real point of difference for the pub. The diverse customer base is made up of a whole host of different ages. You can drive trade through a great drinks offer, community focused events, full sky sports package, and pub games such as pool and darts, as well as the passing trade from Watford Stadium on home game days.
