Senior Account Executive

We are looking for a passionate, commercially minded Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic client services team. The Role
The Senior Account Executive will support the delivery of integrated creative, retail and shopper marketing projects from briefing through to completion. Working closely with Account Managers, creative teams, production partners and clients, you will help turn business and marketing objectives into well-managed, effective campaigns delivered on time and to a high standard. Clients will include, but are not limited to, those from the gambling, gaming, and weight loss industries.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Client Support & Relationship Development: Build trusted day-to-day relationships with clients, respond to requests, share updates, and support Account Managers in developing existing and new opportunities.

• Project & Campaign Delivery: Coordinate multiple projects across creative, retail, shopper and digital channels, managing timelines, milestones, dependencies and deliverables from brief and planning through to final delivery.

• Briefing & Creative Direction: Help develop clear, accurate creative and production briefs that translate client requirements into actionable direction for internal teams.

• Team Coordination: Work closely with Designers, Artworkers, Strategists, Producers and external suppliers to keep work moving and resolve issues promptly.

• Budget & Risk Administration: Assist with estimates, purchase orders, supplier costs, invoicing and budget tracking, escalating risks where appropriate.

• Quality Control & Reporting: Review deliverables for accuracy, consistency, brand compliance and alignment with the approved brief, and prepare agendas, notes, actions and status updates.
  

What We’re Looking For

• Account leadership: Prior account executive/account manager/client services experience, ideally within a creative, advertising, retail or shopper marketing agency.

• Campaign delivery: Strong understanding of creative development, production processes and the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns.

• Project organisation: Excellent project management skills to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholders.

• Commercial and quality control: Comfortable with budgets, estimates, purchase orders, invoicing and scope management, with a strong attention to detail and brand standards.

• Communication and problem solving: Clear, confident communicator who builds relationships and proactively identifies risks and resolves challenges.
