Title Underwriter
£80k - £100k per annumA leading, private equity-backed international underwriting platform is seeking a talented Title Underwriter to join its growing team in London. In this role, you will underwrite title insurance policies for complex commercial property transactions, assessing risk, reviewing documentation, and ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines. You'll work closely with brokers, lawyers, and clients to deliver efficient, high-quality solutions and will play an active role in shaping the future of the business through the development of new products and underwriting processes.
We are looking for candidates with proven experience in commercial title underwriting or qualified real estate lawyers who are keen to move into the insurance sector. A strong technical understanding of property law, excellent attention to detail, sound risk assessment skills, and a collaborative, commercially minded approach will be essential for success in this position.
