Protocol Education is looking for Learning Support Assistants to join schools across Bristol , with opportunities available in Primary, Secondary and specialist SEND settings .
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building positive relationships with pupils and providing the individual support they need to succeed.
What will you be doing?
- Providing 1:1 and small-group learning support.
- Helping pupils stay engaged and confident in their learning.
- Supporting students who may require additional educational or emotional support.
- Assisting teachers with classroom activities and learning resources.
- Encouraging positive behaviour, independence and social development.
- Adapting support to suit different learning styles and individual needs.
- Building positive relationships with pupils, teachers and other staff.
- Creating a safe, inclusive and encouraging learning environment.
