This is an inviting and inclusive two-form entry school with a Good Ofsted rating in Hackney, London that is seeking an inspiring EYFS Teacher. The school fosters a nurturing and stimulating environment for young minds. With a strong emphasis on character building, the school not only imparts knowledge but also instils essential values, preparing its students to become responsible and compassionate global citizens.
EYFS Teacher Responsibilities
· Plan and deliver creative and stimulating lessons that meet the requirements of the Reception curriculum
· Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students' social and emotional development
· Provide individualized support to students based on their unique needs and abilities
· Collaborate with other educators and professionals to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
· Assess and monitor students' progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students' achievements and behaviour
· Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues, ensuring a strong partnership between home and school
EYFS Teacher requirements:
· QTS, EYTS, PGCE and strong academic record
· Bachelor's degree in Education, with a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage or equivalent
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
· Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the school and students.
