The Role:

An opportunity has arisen for an Area Sales Manager to develop and grow business across the South East territory promoting a specialist range of plastic building products such as: roofing ventilation, drainage and access solutions. Working in a field-based role, you will spend 4-5 days per week on the road, creating demand with roofing contractors, building contractors and developers while also supporting roofing and builders' merchants. You'll build relationships with branch managers, procurement teams and sales contacts as well as driving demand with the contractors & housing developers at the front-end.

Location:

Field-based covering the Northern Counties as well as Norfolk & Suffolk. Ideally suited to candidates based within the territory.

Requirements:

• Proven field sales experience within the construction industry
• Experience generating demand with contractors and supporting sales through merchants
• Confident presenting to customers and building long-term commercial relationships
• Self-motivated, professional and comfortable managing a large territory
• Full UK driving licence

The Package:

• £45,000-£48,000 basic salary
• Up to £20,000 OTE (paid quarterly and annually)
• Electric or hybrid company car
• 25 days holiday
• 8% matched pension contribution
• Life assurance (2x salary)
