Robert Half is exclusively recruiting for a newly created Group Insurance & Claims Manager position on behalf of a large, private equity-backed infrastructure business.

This is a rare opportunity to join an organisation at an exciting stage of its growth journey, taking ownership of the Group's insurance programme across the UK and selected European operations. Reporting into senior finance leadership, you'll lead insurance renewals, oversee complex claims, drive risk mitigation initiatives and partner with brokers, insurers and key stakeholders to protect the business and minimise risk.

Offering significant autonomy and visibility across the organisation, this role is ideal for an experienced insurance professional looking to shape the insurance function within a complex, asset-intensive environment.

The Opportunity

• £65,000 - £75,000 + benefits
• Hybrid working - 3 days per week in the Birmingham office

Key Requirements

• Experience managing corporate insurance programmes and claims
• Strong commercial insurance and risk management expertise
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Ability to influence senior leaders and external partners
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
