Warehouse Administrator

We have a fantastic opportunity for you to work with our client as a full time Warehouse Administrator in West Hallam Ilkeston, DE7 6HE. ** Immediate start available** Your pay rate as a full time Warehouse Administrator You will be paid £12.71 per hour Typical working hours as a full time Warehouse Administrator: You will be working on fixed shift Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pm Your role as a full time Warehouse Administrator: Overseeing order system - Release and despatch orders on the system Checking of orders including releasing and allocating orders and printing all relevant paperwork Telephone booking deliveries and answering calls Making bookings for deliveries using email Organise and book transport for all deliveries Performing admin tasks for warehouse operations - Preparing all documentation for oncoming booked shipments Take responsibility to ensure that all administrative duties are carried out to a high level of accuracy and professionalism To accurately complete all appropriate documentation Communicating with the team and haulage and customers Using excel spreadsheets for data capture and reporting All filing and archiving of paperworkWhat we are looking for in a successful candidate: Previous experience in a similar role Willingness to learn Good level of communication Can adhere to and uphold strict Health and Safety standards Ideally own transport as the bus service is limited in the area Must be 18 years or older Must already have and hold a legal status to work in the UKWhat benefits are available as a Warehouse Administrator: Immediate start Hours that exceed your basic 40 hours in a week is paid at a premium rate!!
