Unlike many training providers, this organisation prioritises work-life balance, providing dedicated time for lesson preparation, administration and travel rather than expecting you to teach five days a week, week in, week out.

In this mobile role, you will deliver a range of industry-recognised construction Health & Safety courses, including SMSTS, SSSTS, Health & Safety Awareness, Site Environmental Awareness (SEATS), CDM, the Building Safety Act and Incident Investigation.

You will primarily work within your designated region, with travel typically limited to around two hours each way. Occasional overnight stays may be required, with accommodation provided and paid for.

The Role:
*Deliver engaging Health & Safety training to construction professionals, including SMSTS, SSSTS and other industry-recognised courses.
*Provide a combination of classroom-based and practical training, sharing your real-world construction experience.
*Support learners in developing their knowledge of construction Health & Safety legislation and best practices.
*Receive training and development to support your progression as a trainer.
*Mobile role covering a designated geographical region, with occasional overnight stays.
*Dedicated time allocated for administration, preparation and travel.
*Full-time, permanent position with excellent benefits and long-term career prospects.
The Person:
*Experience working as a Site Manager, Site Supervisor or Health & Safety Trainer within the construction industry.
*Minimum 3-5 years of practical construction site management or supervisory experience.
*NEBOSH Construction qualification or equivalent relevant construction Health & Safety qualification.
*A genuine passion for Health & Safety and an interest in sharing knowledge and developing others.
*Previous training or teaching experience would be advantageous.
*Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with learners from a range of backgrounds.
*Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the designated region.
