Marketing Manager – 12 Month FTC

A leading claimant law firm are recruiting for a Marketing Manager to join their Manchester office on a 12-month FTC. The role will involve owning the strategic marketing planning process, identifying marketing objectives, proposing campaigns and tactics to deliver against them and overseeing their implementation.
The Responsibilities:
Review market data, develop marketing plans and budgets, deliver campaigns, and ensure alignment with firmwide objectives.
Monitor KPIs, report on campaign performance, and suggest improvements using data and analytics.
Line manage staff, delegate tasks effectively, and contribute to process improvements within the marketing team.
Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies as needed.
Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and are tailored to the target audience and buyer journey.
Stay updated on industry trends, support ad-hoc projects, collaborate within the team, and manage budgets effectively.
The Candidate:
4+ years in marketing and communications, with strong experience in digital campaigns, paid social/search, copywriting, and managing projects from concept to execution under tight deadlines.
Proficient in CRM, e-marketing systems, Excel, reporting tools, and MS Office; knowledgeable in HTML and CMS platforms; data-driven with strong analytical capabilities.
