They’re looking for a Creative Designer to join their 10 strong team within a fast\-paced, rapidly expanding multi\-product business. <\/span>

They are looking for an enthusiastic, highly talented and creative individual who will be involved in designing and developing a broad range of gift products from concept to launch. <\/span>

Gift Designer <\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

Core responsibilities; <\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

<\/span>
<\/p>

Working with the product managers and product director to create initial design ideas through to final artwork and product specifications for factory production. <\/span>
<\/p>

<\/span>
<\/p>

Liaising with their creative and product development teams in Estonia and in the Far East <\/span>
<\/p>

<\/span>
<\/p>

As a Graphic Designer, you'll be an integral part of the creative process producing visually captivating graphics and assets. You will be involved in 3D \/ digital presentations, retail materials, POS, product design, packaging and more. <\/span>
<\/p>

Creative Designer <\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

\- Required Skills: <\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

<\/span>
<\/p>

• <\/span> Strong experience of Adobe’s Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign)<\/span>
<\/p>

• <\/span> Prior experience of designing for gift \/ lifestyle \/ Greetings brands <\/span>
<\/p>

• <\/span> Has a portfolio that showcases good all round design including typography <\/span>
<\/p>

• <\/span> Knowledge of 3D render software such as Blender (can be trained)<\/span>
<\/p>

• <\/span> Experience of design for print. <\/span>
<\/p>

• <\/span> Have a keen eye for detail & passionate about product!<\/span>
<\/p>

• <\/span> Possess a strong commercial acumen. <\/span>
<\/p>

• <\/span> Communicates effectively and can articulate creative ideas with clarity. <\/span>
<\/p>

• <\/span> Ability to multitask across multiple projects and prioritise tasks according to importance. <\/span>
<\/p>

• <\/span> Flexible, positive attitude and approach. <\/span>
<\/p>
