Senior Physiotherapist - Paediatrics (Bank) The Princess Margaret Hospital Bank Shifts Salary: Up to £22.00 per hour (depending on level of experience, training and qualification) The Princess Margaret Hospital in Windsor is part of Circle Health Group, Britain's leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals & clinics, performing more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the country. We have an opportunity for a Senior Physiotherapist to join their team of staff in the Physiotherapy department. This is a bank role working on an “as and when required” basis, you will be required to supplement staffing levels during busy periods and provide cover for existing staff in times of annual leave or absence. Candidates must be available to work 1 - 2 evenings per week until 20:00, between Monday and Friday. Duties of this role include:

- Independently assess and treat patients with more complex needs across inpatient or outpatient settings.
- Develop individualised treatment plans using a variety of physiotherapy techniques to optimise recovery, function, and independence.
- Manage a designated caseload efficiently, prioritising based on clinical urgency and discharge planning needs.
- Act as a point of contact for junior physiotherapists, therapy assistants, and students, offering guidance and informal supervision.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and professional clinical records in line with HCPC, CSP, and local policy.
- Participate in audits, service evaluations, and quality improvement projects.
- HCPC-registered Physiotherapist.
- Solid post-registration experience across a range of clinical areas.
- Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal abilities.
- Commitment to team working and service improvement.
- Experience in the fields of orthopaedic, musculoskeletal, neurodevelopmental and neurological conditions.
- Experience of using standardised assessments and outcome measures in Paediatrics.
