Job description

This is a varied, hands-on standalone role, ideal for someone who is self-motivated and comfortable managing a wide range of marketing activities in a fast-paced environment. Social media, website & digital content, events, webinars and marketing duties.

Responsibilities

• Social media, website & digital content, events, webinars and marketing duties.
• Manage and maintain company social media channels. Schedule and publish content using Meta Business Suite.
• Monitor engagement and respond to enquiries. Promote events, announcements, and campaigns. Track performance and suggest improvements.
• Update website content using a CMS. Upload blogs, webinars, and event information.
• Create and test online forms. Support SEO and monitor performance.
• Coordinate conferences and events. Manage exhibitor portals and communications.
• Support organisation of webinars and info sessions (tickets, setup, follow-ups). Format presentations and upload recordings. Maintain events calendar.
• Design flyers, brochures, and digital content using Canva and PowerPoint. Support marketing campaigns and brand consistency.
• Order marketing materials and merchandise. Maintain organised records and systems. Work closely across the business to support marketing activity.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• 2-4 years' experience in a marketing or similar role. Experience managing social media accounts and updating websites (CMS).
• Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva.
• Strong attention to detail.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with CRM systems. Basic knowledge of SEO or analytics. Experience supporting events or webinars.
