Responsibilities
Supporting with daily routines and personal care
Encouraging independence and social activities
Providing emotional support and companionship
Assisting with meal preparation and household tasks
Maintaining a safe and supportive environment
Keeping accurate care records and following care plans
Requirements
Caring, patient, and dependable nature
Previous care or support work experience preferred but not essential
Good communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Right to work in the UK
