Conveyancing Fee Earner

Clayton Legal are recruiting on behalf of a well-established firm in Kendal for a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their busy and friendly team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys managing their own caseload, building strong client relationships, and delivering an exceptional service from instruction through to completion.

Reporting to the Head of Department, you will be responsible for managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters with minimal supervision, ensuring work is completed efficiently, accurately, and to the highest professional standards.

You will provide an outstanding client experience while maintaining full compliance with the firm's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. As a key member of the team, you'll also act as an ambassador for the firm, promoting its services and reputation at every opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction through to completion.
* Handle a variety of residential property transactions, including:
* Sales
* Purchases
* Transfers of Equity
* Remortgages
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
* Liaise professionally with estate agents, mortgage lenders, solicitors, and other third parties.
* Deliver a responsive, high-quality service throughout the conveyancing process.
* Ensure all work complies with regulatory standards and internal procedures.

We're looking for someone who has:

* Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload from inception to completion.
* Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process.
* Excellent communication and client care skills.
* The ability to manage priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
* A proactive and organised approach with excellent attention to detail.
* A commitment to delivering outstanding service and maintaining high professional standards.
