SALES NEGOTIATOR | LEEDS | £28K–£32K OTE
Want to join a busy, established Estate Agency where you’ll actually have the opportunity to progress? I’m working with one of the most recognised Estate Agency brands in the North, who are looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their Leeds team. This is a genuinely busy office with experienced agents around you, hands-on training and plenty of opportunity to develop your career.£28,000–£32,000 OTE
- Basic salary + UNCAPPED commission
- Monday–Friday, 8:45am–5pm
- Every other Saturday, 9am–1pm + time back in lieu
- 22 days holiday + bank holidays
- Modern offices & show homes
- Regular team socials & events
- Strong training and mentoring
- Genuine progression as the business continues to grow
- Working with buyers and sellers throughout the sales process
- Arranging & conducting viewings
- Building strong client relationships
- Working towards and exceeding sales targets
- Generating referrals and repeat business
- Providing a genuinely high level of customer service
- Getting stuck in and becoming a key part of a busy sales team
