We currently have opportunities forthree Clinical Team Leader postswithin inpatient wards in the Low Secure and Forensic Community Directorate.

As a Clinical Team Leader, you will support the Ward Manager in providingoperational leadership and day‑to‑day managementof nursing staff, working closely within amulti‑disciplinary team. You will play a key role in developing effective care pathways and promotingrecovery‑focused, patient‑centred careacross all stages of treatment.

The role requires strongleadership, communication, and organisational skills, with the ability to act as a professional role model for nursing staff. You will contribute to maintaining high standards of care while supporting staff development and service improvement within a secure environment.

Applicants must becurrent Band 5 Registered Mental Health or Learning Disability Nurseswithin West London Forensic Services, with at least18 months’ experience. You will be a motivated and resilient individual, capable of managing complex clinical situations and supporting high‑quality care delivery.
